Main Idea. What my topic for Heritage Fair is Cartoons, or Comics. Since i’m very interested in being a Cartoonist in the near future, I would like to this topic, plus I think it would be something new not only for me but at Heritage Fair too. Also by cartoons i don't mean animated cartoons, cartoons are another word for comics… if anything it's the other way around.

Well, the word comes from the italian word, Caricare, meaning to to exaggerate, and what Caricature means itself is a drawing that gives weight (or oversimplify and exaggerate) to the most striking features to its subject for a Comic effect . His “caricatures” were less exaggative and they had a more of a moral, and he showed the story though different paintings and engravings, sorta like a comic strip! Oh… it is a comic strip! Kinda. And Because of this he is widely known as the father of British caricatures, and the Comic Strip!
Throughout the years, comics and cartoons became more and more humorous and ironic and… well they became Satire!
