Henri Paul Research Paper

On August 31, 1997, Princess Diana of Wales died when her driver, Henri Paul, crashed the car in the Pont de l’Alma road tunnel in Paris, France. Many people think that the death of Princess Diana was purely an accident, and it wasn’t planned. People failed to notice, however, that Henri Paul was keeping connections with the SAS, which is a special forces unit that branched away from the British army. By rethinking their approach to her death being an accident, people can fix others who think the same, and focus their minds on how Henri Paul was truly responsible. Henri Paul intentionally crashed the car, killing Princess Diana for three reasons; he was driving the car recklessly, he was drunk while driving, and he was keeping connections with the SAS. Mr. James, a security manager at the hotel where Princess Diana and Paul were last at, states “We believe there was a plot to kill the Princess that terrible night in August,” (James). Mr. James indeed saw both the Princess and Henri have a share of alcoholic beverages that night before they died. Henri was also known for working with a soldier from the SAS that goes by the name N. Soldier N has recently illegally possessed a pistol at the same hotel the Princess was last night, as well as being involved in killings (Exclusive). The soldier has already had a history of murder and illegal possession of weapons, which made him a clear suspect in the death of Princess Diana. Lastly, investigators believe that Henri crashed the car to hide any evidence that Soldier N plotted to kill the Princess (Exclusive). This is completely believable because Henri Paul would be making sure that Soldier N can still stay clean from any evidence he had to kill Princess Diana, and so he can finish his future
