I am the Dr.of the patient (91997486) who suffers from heart blood pressure(pressure that is exerted by the blood upon the walls of the blood vessels and especially arteries and that varies with the muscular efficiency of the heart, the blood volume and viscosity, the age and health of the individual, and the state of the vascular wall) and tachycardia(A rapid heart rate, usually defined as greater than 100 beats per minute.). After careful personal examination of the case we found problems in the heart, including problems with the venules(a small vein; especially :any of the minute veins connecting the capillaries with the larger systemic veins) and other problems with left atria(either of the two upper chambers on each side of the heart
