Healthy Happy Hair

Hair is more complex than I thought. I now know that there was a bunch of science behind styling your hair with heat. There is ways we can prevent damaging our hair from our heat styling tools we use. Keeping hair healthy is a major role that you have to take on. There is a bunch of things you can do or atleast try to do for your hair to keep it at its healthiest. Doctors said it is normal to shed about 150 strands of hair a day. Even though hair naturally sheds its still good to get it thinned once in a while. Also getting even the littlest trim every six to eight weeks is most important so if you have any split ends it can prevent them from splitting even more. You have to be very careful what products you use on your hair. For example if you have dry damaged ends you should most likely get a product that works for that specific problem. You could get a moisturizer and a strengthener for that designated area. A deep conditioner puts moisture back into dry hair. It can be placed under a hot hair dryer for 20 minutes to get the best results. When taking vitamins, they improve everything not only the growth or healthiness of your hair. Biotin is great to take. It works great for growing strong thick hair fast. It could also be called vitamin H. Our bodies make it naturally in our intestines or even some common foods. It revives the hair follicles that are growing. Biotin is considered safe even when you take high levels of it but that still doesn't mean that too much of it is good. It works best when you take a normal amount each

Nappy hair cannot be combed, washed, or styled like straight hair. It isn’t shiny when light hits it, it’s more of a sheen and it grows upward, away from the scalp instead of downward like looser textures. Because of it coils, kinky hair is more susceptible to breakage. Kinky hair also make styles such as braids and dreadlocks easier to wear because the curl pattern is easy to hold the style.…

Hair loss can be prevented by brushing with care in a bottom to top fashion, allowing the hair to air dry on most occasions, getting rid of locks before combing in a non-rigorous way, avoiding split ends, and by limiting the uses of a coarse towel.…
