The definition of processed food is anything that is changed from its raw state, therefore frozen vegetables, breads, pre-cut fruits and vegetables are all considered processed. These types of processed foods are usually still okay to eat due to them still being “all natural”. Chemically processed foods are foods that have added chemicals in it to help with flavor and help raise the shelf-life. Due to adding these chemicals the question is raised: Is this good for me?
