Health care quality: The main goal of our long-term care is to provide adequate care of great quality to all our patients, delivering excellent mental healh services and continue to achieve excellence in improvement in performance. As a community, we focus on the health and well-being of psychiatric patients through education, outreach, and other inventive services to them. Southwest Centre for Forensic Mental Health Care provides both inpatient and outpatient services which includes assessment, treatment and support services to people with mental illnesses earning complete confidence in the care they provide, starting from longest visit to the shortest stay.
From this quality measure, we hope to improve the health care outcomes of our organization

These steps includes providing adequate training for staffs within the organization on how to deal with ill patients, providing more staffs in general to help deal with the increasing volume of patients admitted, getting reviews from patients about the staffs and providing behavioral incentives, recruiting the experienced physicians and nurses with good knowledge of psychology would also help in securing the future of the organization in terms of long-term care as this would also help foster relationships between patients and staffs.
Strategies and goals: Ensuring that patients are satisfied with the type of care and services delivered, assuring there is significant progress in patients’ health within specific amount of time, providing sufficient training for new recruits to better understand the behavior of mentally ill patients and treatments method and making sure there is a healthy relationship between staffs and patients. Our goal is to provide the best quality of care, treatment for both inpatient and ambulatory care patient, strengthening the delivery of care by integrating new knowledge and clinical trials and providing positive, respectful and culturally sensitive requirement program to psychiatric client.
Moving Forward: Implementing quality measurement tool by evaluating barriers and getting surveys from staffs and patients. Making sure adequate measures are taken to ensure proper sustainability of quality measures in the
