Study highlights the patient health care seeking pathways prior to anti TB treatment initiation in the primary health centres. Study observed a maximum of four health care facility visits made by the patients in the care pathway. Of the 880 patient care pathways, 54 different pathways were made by the study patients and these pathways concise to the 20 major care pathways and presented in (Table – 1). When we analysed these care pathways, we found that 571 (65%) patients sought private health care facilities, 306 (34.7) patients sought public health care facilities and 3 (0.3%) patients sought AYUSH at initial visit.
