Parameters measured consisted of hemoglobin A1C, body max index, and blood pressure and VO2 peak measurement. Outcomes of the study was positive for improved glycemic control, improved aerobic exercise capacity and heart rate recovery.

Data measured was diabetes knowledge, diabetes self-management, fasting blood glucose level, blood pressure, body mass index and waist circumference. With date measurement being collected pre- and post-intervention and at one month follow-up.
