Anger is a person think they aren’t dealing with it quick enough or believe they should have dealt with the situation and everything should be back to normal, this can make the client feel very angry. This is where small and positive goals are to be set. Grief can be a slow process for some people. As a councillor it needs to be shown that the client is doing well and are making progress.
