In this paper, I will evaluate the role of a Reading Specialist, and how they create a curriculum that anticipates a student’s reading level. Currently, I am taking Advance Literacy Practices and the student I am tutoring a hates reading and writing. Our lesson plans reflect reading and writing, so I need to create meaningful and engaging lessons.
