Harpers Island was once a scene of a gruesome series of murders. Now seven years later, family and friend gather on the island for a wedding, but one by one… they begin to die.
Harpers Island is about a group of family and friends who travel to a secluded island for a distortion wedding. They’ve come to laugh, to love, and though they don’t know it... To die. As the wedding festive begin friendships are tested and secrets exposed. As a murder claims victims, one by one, transforming the wedding week of fun and celebration into a terrifying struggle for survival.
In every episode someone is killed and every person is a suspect from wedding party to the island locals. By the end of the 13 episodes all questions will be answered, the killer will be revealed and only a few survive.

They meet up and realize that jimmy is missing and deputy Millis is dead. Moments later sully and Cal enter the church, while
Wakefield sneaks and grabs Chloe. Jimmy then arrives after hearing the bells. The group then decides to spilt up to block off the exists to the underground tunnels that Wakefield is using to get around the island. The suspense took place when everyone realized that Chloe was gone and when they decided to spilt up. Music and mood changed.
Cal finds and rescues Chloe. Moments after rescuing Chloe, Cal proposes to her. Wakefield shows up and kills Cal, then throws him off the bridge. Chloe tells Wakefield “you can’t have me” and jumps to her death. When Chloe jumped off the bridge the music went from being death scary music to a sad depressing song.
In conclusion the most 2 suspense devices used in episode 11 was the change of music and mood. After watching Harpers Island everyone appears to be who their not. There for be careful who you become friends with because not everyone one appears to be who they
