The most important thing I learned was as a Producer you need to be prepared for anything and everything. No matter how much pre-production is done for a project something will happen and will throw off the schedule. Cronk said, everyone will come to you, the Producer, with questions about the production. You need to know exactly what you want and how it will work with whatever the situation or question will be.

Brief Work History: Harold Cronk was Evart High School art teacher for four years in Evart, Michigan. He moved out to LA and was an independent contractor for various companies like NBC and NGA advertising. Basically doing art direction and production design for film and commercials. After winning the best director award for War Prayer at the Beverly Hills International Film Festival in 2006 he became a partner at a production company called Origin Entertainment. In 2009 he moved back to Michigan and started 10 West Studios in Northwest Michigan.
