In Enrique’s Journey, Enrique has to get to the United States to find his mother. There is a train that he h as to get on to get to the United States but he is not allowed on. The only way he can get on is to get on top. The danger of that is severe, he has to be careful not to be crushed or thrown off which can lead to death. Enrique ends up meeting thugs and criminals on the train that have robbed and killed other boys. They nearly beat Enrique to death. There were also crooked immigration police that robbed them of their valuables before they deported
