Formative assessment are on going observation for planning provision. Such assessment is made to monitor the learning, giving feedback to pupils to identify their strength and weaknesses.
As we all know that teachers are required to keep records on every child progress and other achievements that they make in school, we as HLTA through on going observations and other assessment of pupils will be able to assist the teacher to maintain a profile for each individual child.
Many records that we keep will indicate how pupils progress throughout the whole year.
