It is quite shocking that the morbidity and mortality in these cases are very high because in most of the cases patients choose random over the counter drugs in order to get rid of this problem. The prophylactic intervention should come in with more accuracy here because we are dealing with a subject that has a weaker immune system in comparison with the rest of the patients. The primary requirement talks about a proper diagnostic process; a symptomatic treatment can prove fatal in some cases, and it can inflate the problem to the level where it will become uncontrollable. Antiretroviral therapy is required in this condition, the quantum of the medicines and the aggressiveness of the treatment is dependent on the CD4 value of the patients. It can vary from patient to the patient. An early detection of the problem can make it a reversible process as well (Miller,
