The article I chose, Gym Workouts: Simple Cardio and Weight-Lifting Plans. The opening statement sure hit the nail on the head. Its incredible how often I have gone to the gym only to walk away and move on due to people’s lack of consideration for others when waiting for the cardio equipment. The article states several times, if the equipment’s busy don’t waste time, go back later.
While doing cardio, listen to music with a fast beat, 130-170 beats per minute will help maintain a fast pace. The article tells us to incorporate different machines rather than the popular ones if available. Wide-stance squats in place of hip adductor, one-arm dumbbell rows to replace leg pull downs. Lunge with dumbbells instead of using the leg press. Also,
