I started working out at the college gym around August 2015. During those first few months, I didn't know what I was doing. I was just picking up weights and putting them down. No nutrition. No cardio. No workout plan. Just random stuff.
January 2016, I registered at a better gym, and have been going strong since then except for taking time off for another surgery in November.
I don't write about my personal life much on Facebook, but recently I've had friends ask me if I take any pills or drink anything, which has helped build my body. Playfully and truthfully, I've said no.
But this bothers me.
In my peak period when I'm not dealing with insomnia, I work out five times a week. Golds Gym PG. Each of my workout session goes for approximately two hours. Therefore, if you calculate that you'll get ten hours of workout each week, which doesn't include riding my bike around the city during the summer months.

This is like writing a poem, a song, or maybe a piece of fiction, and someone asks you, "Guy, where did you copy this work from?" I was at the gym the other day and some guy who works out there asked me "Do you train here twice every day?" I said no. I told him I train once a day and couldn't handle training twice in a day. We chatted for a bit and he told me my body looks good. I was happy. Now that's someone recognizing a passion of yours and instead of asking what shortcut you took asked how hard did you work for
