1. To me, the Second Amendment basically gives citizens the right to create an armed militia, that is professional and not out of line, to defend one's community, and the ownership of firearms to carry out such defense, which also includes personal defense, in certain, drastic situations. Now, to the ownership of firearms, I also would like to add that it should be, within reason. By that, I mean that certain weapons should not be given to the public, due to how incredibly dangerous and deadly they are. I feel that the it, the Second Amendment, is under threat, somewhat, due to the amount of unnecessary fear mongering and lunacy that is put against guns. It only leads to fiery, bipartisan debates which are, in my opinion, laughable.
