In the Amendments, politics, and society, it is known and taught to have a gun for protection in your house and for oneself. The Second Amendment states two factorial standpoints in regards to weapons and shelter. The foremost is, “security of people, property, and individual”. So, as Americans, we have a right and a duty to defend our lives and the life of those whom we love. It would be good to give up that to the police, but from a practical point of view that is neither safe nor smart. Too much can happen in the time it takes law enforcement to arrive.
