Growing Up To Sex Is Bad

Growing up, kids are told countless amounts of times not to do drugs and that sex is bad. These messages will be drilled into their mind, through parents, school, and even PSAs. A lot of the time, kids will end up rebelling against these messages. They will do drugs and participate in sex, while not knowing how to be safe doing them. This can end up in overdoses, unplanned pregnancy, STIs, addiction, and even death. There are some groups, such as TRIP (Toronto Rave Information Project) and The Works, which promote harm reduction and supply supplies to people. Finding out about these groups and becoming a volunteer with TRIP made a huge difference in my life.
