A. The focus of rounds is to introduce each member, to the facilitator as well to the other group’s members, who participate in a given session. During the time each member get the change to give and share information why each individual is present. The facilitator needs to keep the group rounds on task.
B. As the group’s members become familiar to each other it will be beneficial to make mental notes of each person’s behavior. The facilitator gets the opportunity to make mental notes about the group’s members. This will allow the leaders to look for triggers and suitable partners for further activities.
C. Within the initial stage of the introduction round look for opportunities to start setting the stage for comfort and trust. Each member has and wants to share his or her story. Leaders have to careful not to discourage group members for future sessions to open up.

Dyads are two individuals who are pared and belong to a larger group participating in a group.
A. A dyad allows the facilitator to work more closely with the participants. This will allow a groups leader to ask more challenging question without involving the whole group. A dyad member will become more perceptive to a leader’s suggestion.
B. Because of the intimacy the individuals in such dyad become more comfortable with each other. Therefore it becomes easier for both the participants and the leader to talk in depth. The group’s leader will have more time to get involved on a topic that has similar interest for the involved members.
