Sometimes, we experienced a couple moments of awkward silence because no one knew which option we pursue. I believe we had this problem because we truly valued each other’s’ input and did not want to dismiss any possible ideas. For example, Kristen and I had difficulty deciding which parts we wanted to play in the skit. We both did not have a strong preference and wanted the other person to be happy with their role. We remained very indecisive for a little while. We finally reached a decision, but the decision making process took longer than it should have. It is important to note that the sins Paul is talking about are not necessarily committed publically (Barker and Koholenberger 740). When Paul speaks of fleshly sins, he is also talking about sins that are ingrained in one’s human nature. Paul also says that people who continuously and habitually commit these sins will never inherit the Kingdom of God (Barker and Koholenberger 740). To work more effectively in a group and be a light as Christians, it is important for believers to become aware of and handle their inward, fleshly
