All organizations are comprised of gatherings of individuals who cooperate to fulfill particular objectives. To begin with, groups/team are comprised of two or more individuals. Groups can be extensive, however, most have less than 15 individuals. Second, individuals in a team must work together consistently. Third, individuals in a group share an objective.
The forming phase of development is a time of introduction and acclimating. Members discover what conduct is worthy to others, investigate companionship conceivable outcomes, and decide which assignment to take. Instability is high, in light of the fact that nobody comprehends what the standard procedures are or what is anticipated from them. Individuals will, for the most part,, acknowledge whatever power/authority is offered by either formal or informal leaders. The leaders' test at this phase of development is to encourage correspondence and association among members to help them acclimate and set up rules for how the group will cooperate. Individuals turn out to be more confident in clearing up their parts in the team/group. This stage is set apart by following keywords such as conflicts and disagreement. Members of team/group may differ over their view of the group's central goal or objectives. They may move for position or form subgroups according to their common interest. The group is described by a general absence of solidarity and cohesiveness. It is vital that groups move past this stage or they will never accomplish high standard work. Individuals need to discuss ideas in form of debates, have clashes, contradicting each other on those ideas, and work through the instabilities and clashing observations about group errands and
