Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs is based on assumption that individuals are motivated to satisfy a number of needs. Example: Money can directly and indirectly satisfy some needs. Human needs are grouped in a strata as basic needs, another as a higher level growth need, then emerges and seeks satisfaction. People have five levels of needs. Next, see the figure.
For the physiological needs is primary needs. People need for food, water, shelter, clothing, education. Since because of this Google provides free food for his employees, not only free also unlimited supply. For the safety and security, Google must guarantee the safety of employees, because employees are to work in his place. So between each office has installed a slide. This is a precaution in case of fire emergency evacuation fire employees. For social is the need for companionship, love, affection, interaction. Google responsibility to monitor every interaction between employees whether harmony, and whether to get along.
