All of these are focused towards delivering the high performance company. Moreover, the HR policy that is implemented by Jaguar consists of recruitment, reward, and remuneration. These policies and procedures help the business in achieving their goals and objectives in the manner that employees are encouraged and provided direction. They are engaged within business context due to which they are dedicated. Furthermore, the implementation of reward and remuneration policy motivates them due to which employees move their attention more towards work. Implications of Proposed Changes within Jaguar
The proposed changes are considered significant for Jaguar because it would help them in minimising the negative impact of issues on the performance. These changes further help them in achieving their organisational goals because their operational performance would increase. This would increase the customer satisfaction level, which would ultimately influence their brand reputation in both international and domestic market. Therefore, these proposed changes are considered as highly important for Jaguar as it would assist them in dealing with their weaknesses effectively (Bititci, et al., 2012).
