This study chose to, “examine the potential intergenerational transmission of social skills and psychosocial problems (i.e., loneliness and anxiety) among a sample of 255 father-mother-adult child triads,” (Burke et al., 2013). Burke, Woszidlo, & Sergin (2013) argued that one of the primary places to learn any kind of social skills is in a family setting. While I was doing the observation, I could experience how children develop their skills with the activities that they do in the different areas they have in the classroom. The teacher introduce a topic to the children before they start an activity. The topic that the teacher use for the day that I did my observation was,” What we need to make a bread?” Another thing that I perceived is that children work in groups of 5 when they have an activity. I also notes that they have the freedom to select which activity they want to experience.…

Tanay Bartwal Core ½ First Time Adam: I watched my mom putting my clothes into my suitcase, as I was getting ready for the big trip; the warmth of the clothes bursting out into the house; the neatly folded clothes finding a new home: my new Star Wars suitcase. It was September 16, the day before the big field trip. We were going to an overnight camp to learn about science and nature. The part I wasn’t forward looking to was, since I have came to this new school I haven’t made a single friend.
