On Thursday 03/29/2018 at approximately 2205 I was instructed by Lt. E. Gonzalez #122 to assist Officer E. Hernandez #216 at Marina Hall (located at 6515 Ocean Drive Corpus Christi which is on Texas A&M University-Corpus Christ) with talking with the neighborhoods. Upon arrival I activated body camera #5 and made contact with an individual by the name of Austin Lucero (student/resident) who lives next door in apartment #2121. Case Brief: Terry v. Ohio Facts: A detective with the Cleveland Police Department was working a downtown beat which he had patrolled for many years and was familiar with the community.
