Informative speech is a type of speech in which it is used to inform or give descriptions, demonstrations, vivid detail, and definitions to explain a subject, person, or place that the audience wants to understand. In an informative speech there are different points of view, they can exchange ideas or opinions. The objective is to transmit knowledge, to get the attention of the public, to introduce what is going to say, inform, and summarize. Personally, I like to give informative speech when it is a topic that I like or I have knowledge about. In Venezuela, I used to give informative speech, but they were in Spanish, which made it easier for me to give a good explanation.
