Have you ever wondered how technology works or if is even good or bad for the people that use it or even for our society? Technology can have its good sides which are helping people communicate much faster and find solutions much faster than they have before but it can also have its bad sides like affecting the way that people communicate now, which is less than people use to talk before. Gina Tsuge argues that technology can be good or bad depending on whose hands it is on and the way that technology can be used by people. It can either affect people if it is not used the way it should be used, or it can benefit people or impact humanity in a positive way if it is used in a good and effective way. We tend to use technology every single day maybe without even noticing it, but we do, we use it everyday whether if it is for school, work, or even for entertainment. In this case it has came down to 3D printing and robotic pets. I see that 3D printing has become bigger than what I thought it would become but as Tsuge has mentioned, it can be both good and and bad only depending on the hands that are using it. Some positive objectives that 3D printing has accomplished is how people can now print their medicine in their home only steps away from their bed or their couch. There is no need to drive all the way to the pharmacy if someone is feeling sick because they have a 3D printer of medicine right in front of them that can basically print out their medicine right there and now. Humans that are now acting and being controlled like robots is something so much serious. They see everything like a robot would see stuff and they are able to see exactly what to say and do when they are with someone else. This is something good because you will be able to communicate with everyone so much easier and not only that but things and one's own actions can be controlled. Later in time, there might be creations of robots that will act like humans and they will be able to cook for us and even grow a friendship with a robot.
