In schools students have to wear uniforms and not what they choose to wear, so later in high school they have the uniforms instead. So here's the sitch uniforms are terrible and the kids hate them. They are many reasons so here are there that I came up with. Schools should not have uniforms because it gets rid of students creativity, teachers get more focused on if the uniform is correct, and it's expensive.

First of all, when uniforms are in schools it gets rid of students’ creativity. The article "Uniforms Limit Number of Outlets for Creativity and Self Expression” from Linn Hoofnagle explains the ways how uniforms take away creativity and self expression. According to the text, ”First of all, the most obvious point against uniforms is that they restrict self-expression. We live in a dynamic society, full of unique characters that make our world a spontaneous one. Cutting that off at a young age only stifles creativity and encourages conformity. We want to encourage our children to be expressive and to think outside the box. Forcing them to wear ugly gray sweater vests and starched white shirts is not the way to do that”This evidence proves that uniforms get rid of students

The article, "Wearing School Uniforms Doesn't Help Us Learn." from Education Opinion explains how the teachers are more focused on if the uniform is right or not rather than teaching.” Teachers spend time and energy policing uniform when they could presumably be teaching us. ” This evidence proves that the teachers spend more time on the uniforms then teaching because the evidence states that the teachers literally spend more time on if the uniform is right than there teaching. Therefore, this proves that in reality the teachers really do spend less time on teaching and more on if the uniforms are correct or not. In reality the teachers end up caring more on the uniforms rather than teaching
