Whether their day is revolved around work, the arts or celebrating Oktoberfest there is always something cultural happening in Germany. Germans value perfection. They are hardworking and their lives revolve around industrialist (Zimmermann, 2015). They believe that being a perfectionist has a large part from punctuality. This is due to the key infrastructure of transportation and communication (World Bank, 2000). Due to the success in the auto industry, Germans have found other ways to get to work. They like to use either use railways or even bicycles for primary transportation means. The primary language of Germany is German as 95% of Germany speaks that language. The other 5% of languages include Serbian, Frisian, Danish, Romani, Turkish and Kurdish. 65% to 70% of Germany are Christians which includes 24 million Catholics. 3.7% are Muslim and 28.7 percent are no preference or are other than Christianity or Islamic (Zimmermann, 2015). Germans are very particular about their food groups, which mainly base around pork, Bratwurst, Cabbage, beets and turnips. Beer is also a very popular alcoholic beverage as Germany is known for a number of beers originating there (Zimmermann, 2015). Germany is also known for its classical music as composers Mozart and Beethoven are from Germany. In the horrific years that followed many people were killed by Nazi’s just for following a specific religion, or even for not being a part of the Aryan Race. After 1945, and the fall of Nazi Germany, the world had seen many significant changes to idea or beliefs. Many things are now frowned upon since World War II in Europe, such as, race superiority and national supremacy (Langness, 2014). Although the actual Nazi Power had fallen during the war, with much effort and sacrifice, there are still small racism groups that still follow those beliefs. Those groups today are the cause of many riots across the globe and even the United States. The National Football League has banned together to show unity across different cultures, and to show that no matter where you are from you are still capable of co-existence.
