George Washington's Role In The Revolutionary War

February 11, 1731
George Washington was born on February 11 ,1731 in Westmoreland County to Augustine and Mary Augustine's second wife. When growing up he was 1 out of 7 children and also loved riding horses soon enough he became one of the best horseman in Virginia.His father died when he was 7 years old. Then he started visiting his brother Lawrence repeatedly until he was invited there to stay.Later on he visited the barois island and was trying to get Lawrence’s disease smallpox. George got a little case of smallpox while at the island.

1753 - 1799
George Washington has had teeth problem since 22 years old to his death. An enduring myth about his teeth everybody thought were made as wood ,but it was just iron stained as wood, also wood has never been used

The reason he was asked is because his leadership when he almost got shot and the general got shot and died ,so George took lead and lead and lead them to victory that day. They won the battle and won freedom and independence.

1775-1783
French helped George’s army defeat the British in the Revolutionary war at Yorktown.Making the British lose the revolutionary war making the thirteen colonies independence. Making the thirteen colonies be called United States of America.They won freedom and independence.

February 4 , 1789
On February 4 , 1789 George Washington became the first U.S. president. He was voted unanimously (Unanimously means that everyone wanted him to be the president of U.S.A). After his term was over for the 4 years everyone still wanted him to be the president, so he had a second term as president. After that he gave up his power because he did not want to be the ruler of the U.S.A until he died.

December 14, 1799
