United Nations Human Rights (2014) defined Gender stereotyping as “the practice of ascribing to an individual woman or man specific attributes, characteristics or roles that are or should be performed by men and women”. To simplify the definition and to make a clearer view of the gender stereotyping, just think of the perception of the people in the early centuries that the man or the father is the breadwinner and the mother as the homemaker of the family. For the modern century, gender should not justify someone’s work or job because it is a form of discrimination and limits equality.
