Physical activity has been realized to play a key role in improving the chemical functioning of the brain (Wald, Muennig, O'Connell & Garber, 2014). There is increased activity in the sympathetic nervous system. These activities are triggered by an increase in the secretion of hormones dopamine and serotonin in the brain and this activates the brain centers that mediate the function of memory and cognition such as reasoning (Wald et al., 2014). As the learner settles in a classroom, they have improved level of concentration and attention and they are able to focus on achieving the objectives of the classwork. In the 20th century, financial sport took center stage from the time of the first Olympics in Munich.
