“The institution of marriage has traditionally been defined as being between a man and a woman”. That is definitely not the case these days. Marriage should not be constricted to just man and woman, but should be expanded into love and love. Love is a strong force and in the case of same se marriage love wins. Others also believe that “Gay marriage is contrary to the word of God and is incompatible with the beliefs, sacred texts, and traditions of many religious groups”. I believe that religion is not a factor that should come into play when speaking of same sex marriage. The way that I see it, is that if something is doing something that is against your religion, it is not your job to intervene and accuse them of being immoral.
