The Garden Valley Retirement center offers all-inclusive independent senior living. The facility is large, and offers an open concept layout. At this establishment Maddi is required to assist in preparing the dining room for the seniors to dine in. Maddi was asked to arrange the tables appropriately. Maddi was shown how to set the table in a clockwise direction. The directions explained for setting up the tables for fine dining were: water glasses, spoons, knives, charger and dinner plates with the napkin placed on top, dinner forks, bread plate and butter knife, and ending with the dessert spoon and dessert fork.
Maddi showed up on every time to this site on time and was dressed appropriate for the job at hand. Maddi caught on very quick

    After one week break, week eight, we had to return to the clinical placement, Shalom Manor.
