During the class visit of Gainesville Health and Fitness (GHF), the major facility business strategy that I took away from Mr. Joe Cirulli presentation and talk is the use of taking successful ideas and concepts and incorporating them into your business. For example, during Mr. Cirulli’s presentation, he showed a short documentary clip and photos of Selfridge department store in London, England, which categorizes each specific clothing section as its own store. Mr. Cirulli stated that when he visited the store in London that this specific design and store layout made him realize that he did not want to renovate GHF into the standard gym and health brick and mortar, but instead he wanted a health and fitness club that will entice and intrigue
