Froggy Short Story

One time, there was a frog named Froggy. He had been through many adventures with his friend Panda, who was a panda. This time, however, Froggy was at the front entrance of a haunted house all by himself. He could hear the sound freaky wind blowing. Suddenly, the black shadow of an animal showed up. Crack! went the thunder. Lightning hit wires and all the electricity turned off.
Slowly, the shadow moved closer and closer to Froggy. Froggy felt a chill go down his spine. Then, suddenly, the shadow appeared and grabbed Froggy by the mouth, so Froggy couldn’t make a sound. It was pitch black outside, so all Froggy could see was a white paw over his mouth.
Suddenly, Froggy recognized the paw. It belonged to Panda! Panda pulled Froggy inside out

Froggy asked Panda if he could hear a faint flapping sound coming closer and closer to them. “I do,” Panada said super quietly. Panda and Froggy started shivering and they found themselves hugging each other on the ground. Slowly, both Panda and Froggy heard the sound come closer and closer. Suddenly, a whole colony of bats came flying past them and out the door. Panda was banging his chest while screaming and Froggy was burping while shrieking.
Out of nowhere, the bats came back and chased Froggy and Panda deeper and deeper into the haunted house. After many minutes of getting chased and turning, the bats finally stopped chasing them and they went a different direction. Froggy and Panda looked at the clock. It read 2:34 a.m. They had been in the house for eight hours, not minutes! Panda and Froggy needed to get out of the haunted house and get food and water. Panda had missed his dinner at 6:00 p.m. and Froggy had missed out catching flies. Froggy and Panda didn’t have anyone but each other. They were both orphans with no family.
Froggy heard a noise coming; it was the bats! Froggy and Panda froze, but the bats didn’t get them; instead, they waved for them to follow them. Froggy and Panda followed them, but they made sure they were behind them a
