Introduction
Motivation means the desire of people that are internal and external factors which is continually interested to a job or to attain a goal. Motivation results to better new desires or needs and expectation of his peers. For example, students will study very well for their exams because he or she wants a good grade in the class (Business Dictionary, n.d.).

A child and his father have the similar brain stimulation but it changes because of the environment the child is growing up. Most of the organization uses ESB (electrical stimulation of the brain) and SBP (split brain psychology) and the outcomes of this to achieve their goals by the employees.
