There should be regulations on the amount of chemicals that are used and the amount of fracking done in one location should be limited this way the environment isn’t being hurt for so long. There should be regulations on how close the fracking sites can be to living communities. This would help eliminate the environment to the exposure of the chemicals that are released while fracking. This regulation were thought up in 2013. It took a couple years to come up with these regulation. The cost considerations would be that the fracking companies would miss out on some money and would loss fracking time. They wouldn’t have to pay the employees for as many hours. Some advantages would be the safety to the people. People would be exposed to less harmful chemicals. Another advantage would be the good it would do to the environment. It will stop harming the environment as much as it would if fracking kept going on the way it is. Some disadvantages are the income loss of the fracking companies. Also the loss of hours to the fracking workers. The consequences if not implemented would be hurting the environment and the health risks to people. People will get diseases and could over time die from it. The environment will continue to die and it will ruin the
