The two outstandin issues that are reflecting the deficiencies of the HRM of Fox Coon are 1) employee remuneration, and 2) employee health and safety. Based on the widely spread negative reports on the Fox Coon, most of the criticisms are concentrated on these two issues.
3.1. Employee remuneration
Remuneration refers to a reward that employers offer to employees as compensation for their cooperation with the company. Long working hours and stress working environment are often used to describe the working condition at Fox Coon. In fact, from the eyes of the modern HRM, it is crucial to maintain a healthy and safe working environment for the employees. This effort can bring several benefits to the employer (Randhawa, 2007). However, in the case of the Fox Coon, the employees’ rights cannot be protected and they are working in a high stress and unsafe environment.
The frequent incidences of suicides and work accidents are showing that Fox Coon is violating the labor laws widely recognized by the international society. There is possible that no one is standing up for Fox Conn employees, including the Chinese government. As a result, the HR management of Fox Coon can recklessly abuse the labor in the Mainland China (Sacom, 2015). Now is time for the HR policy of Fox Coon to be reviewed and changed in terms of employee health and safety. Without a proper employee relation to be established, the business operations of Fox Coon cannot be sustained for long.

Applying properly recommendations from the job analysis made previously, the company will redesign the job description to arrange regular shifts in order to correct the assignment of work shift which is not regular avoiding changed 2 to 3 times a month day and night shifts that is doing difficult for the employees to adjust their body clock (Sagom,2010), in addition to reduce the monotony because the employees have to work continuously for more than 10 hours a day, the addition of a couple of breaks will allow they stop for several minutes and stretch their bodies or move around.
