Throughout this case study I will be looking at what types of food jonny puts in his body by observing what he eats at school and asking his parents to keep a log of what he eats at home. If johnny is eating three healthy meals a day and getting all of the right nutrients to support a growing body, then we most likely can rule diet out. However, if he is eating a poor diet of processed food that is loaded with sugar and saturated fats, we might need to consider changing his die to see if that may alter his behavior. Getting adequate exercise goes hand in hand with diet in the development of a child. It is necessary that the child is involved in some sort physical activity so that he can be focused when it comes time to learn. If the child is not burning off the energy that he is consuming then this excess hypertension could be causing the issues seen in the classroom. While at school Johnny will continue to play outside during recess and we will recommend to his parents that he joins some time of after school sports
