According to Lijian Xu, Le Yi Wang, George Yin, Wei Xing Zheng (2014), “Traditionally, uncertainties from communication channels are dominantly modeled as additive noise. Since additive noises will not directly affect feedback stability, such pursuit is often concentrated on signal estimation accuracy and noise attenuation”. There are different actions a sender can take to submit a message such as writing, speaking, and visuals presentations. However the most popular ways to transit a message is oral or written. Written communication holds a very broad portion in a business environment. When a sender gathers all the proper information and chooses a channel the next step would be to encode the message. In the words of researchers Stegaroiu, I., & Talal, M., “Nonverbal communication is sharing information without using words to encode messages. There are four basic forms of nonverbal communication: proxemics, kinesics, facial and eye behavior, and paralanguage” (Stegaroiu, I., & Talal, M. 2014). Non-verbal communication is very essential for conducting business because when interacting with coworkers, customers and competitors an individual’s demeanor can easily be identified through the non-verbal approach. Proxemics is a way to demonstrate interpersonal distance when a person is accompanied by others in the same location as them. A brief description would be when a person marks a territory and make it their own space. For example if an employee works at a law firm and they have their own desk at a decent space apart from the others they will take ownership to that spot and make that space their own
