I feel that it is not the standard normal residential or commercial design. For example, recently we got told we could design a restaurant, retail or a spa and even though I chose retail, it usually has walls and other things in between, but mine ended up having curved walls, angles, and shapes that retail doesn’t usually have. In my mind now I keep thinking should I do something standard so when employers will look at my work them would understand better. Well, I feel that’s what they would want. But there’s this other thought in my mind which says “stick to your weird, crazy designs because that's what defines you. So do I do what people want or shall I do something that's more me even though it doesn't make sense at first? This is a turning point that I’m still working on at the moment. I’ve finally embraced my own ideas and design. Thus, I began finally seeing that all my crazy designs have led me to installations. I was most intrigued by the book “Liquid Spaces” by Gestalten. It has a wide range of installations from the most creative and ingenious ideas and concepts. Each having their own creation both clean and simple or more towards complex and confusing. Each one of these breaks the boundaries of spatial limitations and personal perception which creates extraordinary spaces. (Image
