I would say I work best when I’m under pressure and in time restraints except when it comes to testing. I’m a very dependable person and work better when I can collaborate with others and ask for help or advice on how to achieve the objectives if need be. I tend to process information better when its hands-on learning whether it be training in the case of a job or interactive in school, just reading and taking notes does not work well for me. Whether I accomplish the most working by myself or with others depends on different circumstances, such as how my group is or what we are being asked to do. Overall, I would say working with others helps make me more productive because I’m able to quickly resolve issues I might have by asking others for help. Another big factor on how productive I am depends on what my group is like. In many cases, I end up doing most of the work in my group since others do not do what they are supposed. Therefore, this makes me more responsible and productive because I want to do well, I have to put in more work and make up for the lack of others help. For me to perform at my absolute best I need to be under a little pressure. When I have lots of time to accomplish a task I will tend to procrastinate so by putting more of a time constraint on something helps me focus more on getting things done and not getting distracted by hanging out with friends or even doing things on my phone like checking social …show more content…
Others see me as being very friendly and respectful and this would be highlighted even more in interactive environments. I would best fit in a work environment that gives you the freedom to show your ideas but still clearly assigns tasks that need to be accomplished. I can be a very indecisive person so it would not work well for me to be in a position to make final decisions about how things should happen. I can help figure out pros and cons about why certain decisions and options are better than others but I would need to leave the final decision to someone else. I also feel that I would fit in better in a larger organization rather than a smaller
