Good Afternoon

It has been brought to our attention that fitment centres are allegedly prepared to perform work within the trading areas of neighbouring Glasfit franchise’s regions.
I would like to point out that this practice is viewed in a very serious light by Glasfit Head Office.
Should it be established by way of proper substantiated evidence, then the offending fitment centre will be considered in breach of the Franchise Agreement.
Should your fitment centre be found to be in breach of the Franchise Agreement, you will leave us no choice but to take action in the appropriate way, in accordance with the Franchise Agreement.

Glasfit Head Office as the franchisor will not be forced into acting with impunity, to the misconduct alleged by
