Christian received a call from Debra Babcock in regards to an incident where she surrendered her dog to Franklin County Animal Shelter (FCACC) that had bitten someone. I asked Ms. Babcock what happened, she stated that Rennee Grishka a health care worker taking care of her mother was bitten by one of her dogs.
