The first thing you notice after a few weeks of pregnancy is your breasts becoming larger and more tender. You may notice a slight tightness in your bra, this is your body preparing your breasts to feed your baby.

Fatigue
Your baby develops fastest in the first trimester. As your body sends nutrients to your baby, you’ll get tired easily. Stock up on foods rich in iron as both you and your baby require this in large amounts. Find ways to relax throughout the day and don’t ignore a strong urge to sleep.
Bleeding and Discharge
Early in your pregnancy, it’s normal to see light spotting when the fertilised embryo implants the uterus as well as light milky discharge. If the discharge happens to be foul-smelling or the bleeding is accompanied by pain, go see a doctor.
Frequent Urination
As the weeks go by and your baby starts to grow, your uterus expands to the point where it pushes down on your bladder making you more want to urinate more often. It can be frustrating to have to visit the bathroom all the time but continue to drink a lot of water. It is healthy for you and your baby.
