Fintech Solution has been established since 2006 and located at Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Fintech Solution is company that has provided IT consulting for small and medium enterprises. Our mission is to provide ICT services effectively, efficiently and safely to ensure effective in company management. Our vision is to be recognized as a global Information & Communication company and technological excellence. Basically, our company is recognized by MSC, UKAS Quality Management, TERAJU and SME Corp Malaysia. A company IT department plans, operates and supports an organization IT infrastructure that enable their business user to carry out their parts productively, proficiently and securely. At Fintech Solution, the IT department handles on network, data, security, support and also planning. These five functions of IT department at Fintech Solution are critical in monitoring and maintaining information technology system and services. At Fintech Solution, there are four positions that important to the company and that is system analyst, web developer, database administrator and network administrator. For example, system analyst jobs is to solved problems that related with the computer technology, database administrator is responsible for the performance and security of a database and also involved in the planning and development of the database. Network administrator jobs is to maintains computing environment such as monitoring network performance, installing upgrades regarding to the network, so on and so forth. For the web developer, their job varies depending on whether they work mainly for clients or in house for an organization. But, my point is that, at Fintech Solution IT department, their job position is vital in keeping the company running productively, proficiently and …show more content…

Systems that concern on information resources which will be used by managerial. The information may include planning and decision making that will be based by both internal and external data.

6.0 CONCLUSION
In conclusion, it is not denied that information technology has become ubiquitous in the organization and information technology transformed the way of how small business interact and operate their businesses in term of controlling costs, manage their daily operations and compete with large and establish companies. Apart from that, every company has their own job position and each one has their own roles and responsibilities such as system analyst jobs is to solved problems that related with the computer technology, database administrator is responsible for the performance and security of a database and also involved in the planning and development of the database.
