Per reporter: Kiara recently moved from Laurel to Gulfport to move in with her grandfather (Raymond). Kiara and the children are sleeping on two mattresses on the floor. Before moving into the home, Raymond advised Kiara that there was no running water in the home. Raymond allowed Kiara and the children to move in with him because he didn’t want them on the streets. Although Kiara has burned bridges with other family members, Raymond advised her to take the children to other relative’s home to bathe. Raymond bathes at a relative’s home.
